I love you restaurant and your ideas just smile so that it looks like you love what your talking about too. Smile when your talking and smile when the other one is talking (try to react to what they say so the judges know your interested in it). Keep eye contact with the judges and pause (or take a breath) whenever your making a new point. Also, I don't know if this is good or not but maybe say that you won't be receiving a profit at the beginning of your financials so that the judges are not thinking about how their money is guaranteed while your talking about the rest.
